Hi, I am Haylie Hill, LPC
I am a Texas-based Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) dedicated to walking alongside individuals on their journey toward healing, wholeness, and freedom.
My path to counseling began at San Jose State University, where I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Child and Adolescent Development. To deepen my clinical skills, I went on to earn my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Grand Canyon University.
Before stepping into private practice, I provided intensive care in partial hospitalization (PHP) and intensive outpatient (IOP) programs for eating disorders, and later facilitated individual and group therapy for teenagers while residing at a residential boarding school.
I have advanced training in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and NARM (NeuroAffective Relational Model). I also am a part of the Central Texas Eating Disorder Specialists. I specialize in helping adults navigate developmental trauma, CPTSD, emotion-regulation challenges, anxiety, perfectionism, self-esteem, identity development, eating disorders, body image issues, and complex attachment and relationship patterns.
My strong Christian faith serves as the steady foundation for both my life and my practice. It guides the empathy, hope, and curiosity I bring into every single session. Whether you wish to explicitly integrate faith into your therapy or simply want a therapist whose values ground their compassionate approach, I am here to meet you exactly where you are.
When I am not working with clients, I love enjoying the simplicities of life. You can usually find me in the garden, baking something in the kitchen, or relaxing with my dog, Maybell, and cats, Thor and Pickles.
